Radiant was founded on the basis of having complete transparency. We believe that as a Merchant Services Sales Organization our integrity is measured by the transparency of the information being delivered. We deliver real information to properly educate our Merchants, so they can make the right decisions for their business. The more you learn about Radiant, the more will understand there is a difference in everything we do. Our goal as a company is to build lasting relationships with our staff, Sales Partners and the merchants we serve.   

 

 The founders of Radiant Merchant Services quickly identified that the industry operates under a Lose – Lose – Win business practice. Merchants loses, Sales Agents loses, Merchant Company Wins. Radiants’ core belief is, in order to sustain long term growth for all, it must operate with a WIN, WIN, WIN philosophy. First and foremost, our Merchants must benefit from our products and services we offer. Second, Sales Partners must benefit equal to the value they deliver and third the Company should benefit naturally when it ensures the Win, Win, Win philosophy.

 

Radiant's entire executive staff is comprised of former industry best outside sales agents, so naturally our Company’s #1 focus is on our Outside Sales Partners and the merchants we serve. We’re dedicated to providing the best products and services the industry has to offer, as we know it is crucial to the success of our Sales Team and the compensation they earn.

 

Radiant understands that at its core it is a sales organization. One key difference is the value Radiant puts on its Sales Professionals and staff. We believe that the compensation received, should be in direct proportion to the value being performed by that individual. Radiant has Sales Partners, rather than Independent Sales Agents, because partners work together and Independent Agents work for themselves. Radiant places the highest value on its Sales Partners, and as a result pays its Sale Partners the highest compensation in the industry. Our Sales Partners are paid up to 50% of what Radiant receives as a result of the sales made by its partners. This includes multiple front-end commission and residual income. Radiant Sales Partners can expect to earn between $900 to $3,500 a week depending on experience and the business plan they choose. Call today to discuss which plan is right for you.
